Unit is smoke free and shall be maintained that way. Pets under 15 pounds are welcomed but must pay a pet deposit of $250 plus an extra $50 monthly. The lease term is 1 year and the monthly rent is $1,750 usually paid between the 1rst and 5th of every month, a $100 late fee will be added to payments not paid on time or payments being denied or checks bouncing after the 5th of the month.
