Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it. At least one guest must be 25 years or older. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage that may occur during the rental period due to negligence or abuse. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No pets and no parties are allowed.
