As you consider your next move, Colonial Crest Apartments is a beautiful community that we like to call the "Hidden Gem" of Muncie. With 43 acres of wooded land, fishing pond, pool, playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and walking trail, we have a little something for everyone. The greatest thing about all of this is that we are about 4 minutes to shopping, 7 minutes to the hospital, and 9 minutes to the Ball State campus. We are off of the main road and away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
