Looking across the manicured and landscaped lawn you have a beautiful sandy beach good for swimming, boogie boarding or just relaxing. In winter, you can see whales from the lanai. There is a front master bedroom where you can be lulled to sleep with the surf sounds.
Lae nani is known as The Jewel of the Coconut Coast. Visitors remark about how beautiful the grounds and the beach are. Our beach is protected by a point of land which happens to be a religious site for the native Hawaiians (Heiau).
The Kauai bike path is right out front of the condos and goes all the way around the Wailua Bay ending at the Lydgate Beach Park.
Also , on our property we have a lava rock protected wading pool IN the ocean.
The owners did not rent this condo and used it for their own island getaway but our condos rent well year around and this building has some of the most busy rentals.
