Not only do you get long views across Hamlin Creek and the ICW over to Mount Pleasant, but being on Hamlin Creek is much more desirable than being on the ICW, not only for swimming and fishing, but your boat will stay in better shape due to the less frequent traffic of big boats that travel on the ICW. Another important note to make, is that the dock at this property is irreplaceable in the size of the pier head and the floating dock. Currentregulations no longer allow pier heads and floating docks to be this big, and with 4-5 feet of water at low tide, you can dock an enormous boat at this location.
