Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with closets (plus an additional walk-through area with another closet). Within a mile of Bangor PA, with easy access to amenities including shopping, dining, post office, library, etc, and only two blocks away from public transportation.
We are looking for reliable, working tenants. Small family pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional security deposit and a monthly pet fee of $100.
We are local landlords who are readily available, and we pride ourselves on care and maintenance.
Tenant pays for water, electricity, gas (cooking), oil (heat), communications, and will take care of the lawn maintenance & snow removal. Renters insurance required. Sewer and garbage removal are covered by us. Gas range and refrigerator included. Shared storage in the basement.

We will be asking for the following: First + last months rent + one month's security. That's $3900 to move in. Criminal background check, credit check, last year's tax returns, and last two pay stubs from all adult tenants. You can rely on us, we need to rely on you. No shenanigans.
Applicants are chosen in order of submission. Please do not go on the property without permission. Property is currently rented until the end of December, and the best days for viewings are Sundays and Mondays.
