The property:
A large triangular shaped lot with a nice front yard for curb appeal and the large paved driveway leading to an even larger gravel pad parking area for your cars, trucks, RV, boat trailer, snowmachine trailer, etc. The gated backyard and two decks are our sanctuary with a beautiful flower garden with a gazebo and daybed to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of a small slice of nature. On the wood deck there is a table with chairs and umbrella to enjoy eating outside in the privacy of the backyard. There is also a Trex deck between the house and shop that also has chairs to relax in.

The house:
Originally built in 1975 it was a typical three bedroom, one bath, open carport starter home. It had an addition done in 1981 that added a new covered front porch, an entry area, a master suite with a walk-in closet and large private bathroom, enclosed the attached carport into a garage, and added another two car garage/shop. The master suite is accessed through what had been the largest bedroom which is now a "bonus room" that we have used as a sewing room. It could be an office, a den, a nursery, a home theater, or anything you want including building a non-structural curtain wall with a door to create a fourth bedroom and a short hallway. The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a large walk-in closet, a large bathroom with double sinks, and a sliding glass door to the mid-deck.

New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the house was installed in 2022. The kitchen remodel with new laminate countertops and tile work was also done then. The island is floating and can be moved around as desired on the continuous flooring. We also moved the clothes washer and dryer out of the walk-in closet and moved into the attached garage at that time. The hookups for a stacked washer/dryer remain in the walk-in closet if preferred. The Soapstone woodstove is beautiful and puts out a lot of heat, it is a catalytic burner too. The kitchen has both electric and gas hookups for the range. We have an electric range installed now.

The deciding factor for us when we bought the house 12 years ago is the shop. I had dreamed of having a space I could use as a shop to build things, repair things, and keep my tools in and this house had it. The one car attached garage was for the car and the shop was for my projects. Woodworking, welding (it's wired for 220v), and wrenching in a heated (electronic gas space heater) space of my own. I built workbenches, storage shelves, and a large drawer unit to store supplies. I will miss my dream shop very much.

There is a 20 foot (20'x8'x8') steel shipping container "storage shed" hidden behind the shop for safe and secure locking unheated storage.
There is also a garden shed (8'x4'x8') for the lawn mower (cordless electric comes with the house) and other gardening tools and supplies.
Everything comes with the house.
