For entertainment, there are books, puzzles, board games for all ages, and TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Also provided are bed linens, bath towels, makeup towels, and beach towels. Central air-conditioning is available in the main house, and there is a washer/dryer in a separate laundry room next to the garage.

Absolutely no noise is allowed after 10 PM outside, parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed at the house, and quiet hours start at 10 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the gas grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Upon booking, a photo copy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book is required, and the lead guest must be 27 years or older to book.
