It has a ton of upgrades, granite counter tops, upgraded baseboards, doors, banister, and flooring. The backyard was professionally put in and it looks like you're in your own oasis. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a laundry room and one of the rooms has a small balcony. There is also a small area to put in your office upstairs. Fourth room is downstairs and it has wall to wall built in office cabinets. Half a bath downstairs. All stainless appliances in the kitchen and french doors that lead to the backyard. All rooms have fans installed. Attic has a cooling fan installed to cool the attic. Two car garage has built in cabinets and ceiling storage and a new water heater. The house also has a two car private driveway which is not common for this community. The house will come with a 1 year old republic home warranty that will cover the AC unit as well. Community is all maintained by the HOA. HOA maintains all the plant outside of the home. There are two parks and a large pool area in the middle of the community. Very safe neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly.
