What's it like to live at 42 Powers Drive--Amazing! It's Friday morning and I grab a thermos of coffee and head to the dock to launch my kayak for a row down the Centerville River out to Long Beach. It is a gorgeous sunrise and I feel I can conquer the world. Back home I enjoy breakfast on the sun porch. Company is arriving for the weekend so after an invigorating shower in the Master Suite I go to the Home Office to plan the shopping list. We will have cocktails by the outside fire pit ---perhaps a game of Bocci in the backyard and then we will have after dinner drinks by the roaring fire in the cathedral family room. The Hot Tub calls for a final dose of relaxation before everyone heads to bed in one of the 5 bedrooms. Saturday the girls are biking into Osterville Village which is just over 2 miles away and the boys are hitting the golf course. Yes this home and location is what I always dreamt Cape Cod Life would be like. Amazing!Buyer to verify all information contained herein.
