What's it like to live at 42 Powers Drive--Amazing! It's Friday morning and I grab a thermos of coffee and head to the dock to launch my kayak for a row down the Centerville River out to Long Beach. It is a gorgeous sunrise and I feel I can conquer the world. Back home I enjoy breakfast on the sun porch.
