In addition, there is a very large storage building measuring 10x21. It has a new workbench and updated electricity and a new floor that was just added in Aug 2020.
Recent updates in 2020, new electrical panels, new handrails & steps, fresh exterior paint, fresh interior paint in all the closets as well as some of the rooms. Driveway resealed, concrete stain in 3 storage rooms, front porch & carport. New ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, and a new dishwasher added.
The roof was replaced in 2013 and the A/C in May 2015
