Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is for decoration only and should not be used. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances, but it does not record or store sound data. Guests are welcome to use the smart TVs with streaming apps using their personal accounts. A laptop computer is not included.
