All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule.
