This unit is located near Mass Ave, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, so you may hear some lively street noise, such as music, voices, or traffic, especially in the evenings. All apartments are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
