This studio apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed and one sofa bed, and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.
A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees.

The apartment is smoke-free, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, which will result in police being called.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
