No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term guests are subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies, except for students and interns. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
