The main house 425 was built from a Green and Green blue print purchased by thousands of contractors during the era of it's construction. It is documented as having been built in 1920. Electricity arrived in San Pedro in 1911. The ceiling fixtures were fitted with gas lines originally and wired much later than 1920. The 2 story 1923 rear house was originally built as a porte cochere. The only enclosure on the ground floor was the garage. Most of the second floor was elevated on stilts, over an area where horses were kept. According to the seller's grandparents, the area was enclosed to create the third unit around 1942.All units are in operation as furnished, short term vacation units. The Craftsman built ins are unusually well preserved, and the units are well appointed with a distinctive nod to the early 20th Century.
