This apartment is located at the back of the building with no view of the street. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with the fee invoiced prior to the service. You will either be personally greeted by a staff member or provided with self check-in instructions. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations.
