When I first walked into this condo, I was so very pleasantly surprised; it was even better than I expected! I took note of the fresh paint and brightness due to this end unit lined on 2 sides with windows, it just made me smile. It has a comfortable floorplan with main areas being open and feeling spacious, but for my kitchen mess and during my cooking time I like a little separation. A different space to be in rather than the entire home being in one room. I had the pleasure to meet several neighbors as well. What a fun, calm quiet place to live. This is a 55 and up condominium. Several of the neighbors go out daily to do fun things such as the beach or restaurants, and some just like to stay home where its nice and quiet. So whichever way you like it this could be a great place for you, did I mention the beautiful large pool and very low HOA fees? This place has many snowbirds and some full time residents. You cannot rent out your place here. This condo, F4 looks brand new! MAKE AN OFFER KIDS!
