Woodgate Apartments is a 16-unit complex that has been completely renovated and refurbished. All units offer fully equipped kitchens, patio/balconies, and all new carpet, paint, linoleum, blinds and ceiling/light fixtures throughout. There is on site laundry facilities and parking. Conveniently located to GE, UPS, the airport and all major expressways. $110 utility fee plus electricity billed individually. Income equal to or greater than 3 times monthly rent required.
