Meanwhile, to the left, a closet awaits, stocked with essentials like a shoe rack and iron board. The expansive living areas offer a surge of excitement and anticipation. The first living area, nestled to the right, is an inviting haven with two cozy seats and a delightful pool table that can transform into a ping pong table. The backyard wonderland unfolds just beyond the sliding glass doors, with twinkling cafe lights and whimsical tree lights creating a captivating ambiance. Guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. The spa is serviced weekly. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval.
