The roof shingles were replaced 2018, Kalins Heating Company have inspected on 4/3/23 the 2 furnaces and found them to be in good working condition (see letter in documents). R. Prescott & Sons have turned on the well and found it to be in working condition on 4/6/23(see documents). It has been determined that the 1975 septic system will not pass current DNR approval.
