Cozy and sunny top floor apartment available in lovely Banker's Hill! Wonderful central location walking distance to Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Little Italy, and Gaslamp! 6 month lease minimum (happy to have longer term applications). Nearby attractions: Balboa Park! (5 min walk), San Diego Zoo! (30 min walk), San Diego Gaslamp District (20 minute walk), San Diego Convention Center (10 min drive or 25 min walk), Waterfront Park (20 minute walk), Little Italy Farmer's Market (15 min walk) and many wonderful bars and restaurants. My place is great for couples, solo professionals, students, and business travelers. It’s a cozy spot- 610 sq ft. Currently the place is furnished, but I am also open to renting it unfurnished. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a mini walk in closet. The living room has a flatscreen TV with Apple TV, a couch and small desk and chair for working. There’s a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. IMPORTANT! My home is next to the flight path! Planes do fly RIGHT overhead and it is noisy from around 7a-11pm. My home has quadruple pane windows- when everything is shut, it's relatively quiet, but planes can still be heard. Like most of downtown, there are homeless people that frequent the streets nearby. PARKING: There is currently one free designated spot in the CVS lot across the street (included in monthly rental fee). Otherwise, there is no additional guest or designated/assigned free parking available on the premises, only street parking (free and metered). There are 5 free spots directly in front of the condo building, they are often taken but sometimes you may get lucky! There is also metered parking along Fir st and 5th ave. Metered spots are FREE from 6pm-8am. Laundry:There is shared laundry (one washer and dryer shared between 9 units).
