There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit; there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $500.
