Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. We have noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. [SI]
