The Maui Building location means that it is very convenient to the laundry building.

This unit has some unusual extras compared to most Islander units: Two new Queen-size beds instead of the normal doubles and an upgraded TV size. Managed by Aston, it recently underwent an $11,000 "refresh" consisting of new paint, art work, furniture, lighting, drapes and curtains. Continued management by Aston ensures that the upgrades are included at no extra cost.

Maintenance fees are extremely reasonable for a vacation rental property — lower than some condominiums on Kauai! The monthly maintenance fee of $730 includes electricity, trash, exterior insurance, landscaping & building maintenance, pool, BBQ area, cable and Wi-Fi. Management is also installing Solar power generation and expanding the parking lot. The HOA also replaced all of the roofs with cedar shake shingles, refurbished the pool/spa/cabana/bar area, and refreshed the lobby.
