Great North Monrovia location, this spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has lots of open spaces and features dramatic 14 foot ceilings in the oversized living room, a huge dining room, new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and hallway and sits high atop a steep driveway offering a great view of the city. The home has had an addition making the living room extra spacious and there are lots of windows up high offering lots of light into that room. The kitchen is old but workable and the house needs new carpet or flooring in the large main areas, but seller assumed a buyer would want his/her own choice so will offer an allowance for floor coverings in those main areas. There is a small yard at both the side and the back of the property but much of the square footage is in the front of the home which recently had all it's landscaping removed due to it being overgrown. Seller is out of area now and has had it rented until now and knows that someone will enjoy the dramatic architecture in this home. He lived there for many years until purchasing a home in Gold Hills. This could be an absolutely gorgeous home for the right family but it does need work.
