Wow. Just wow. You will be so impressed and love the amount of width and space in this beautiful home in Ravenswood. (Yes, my clients hang a hammock in here, which I think is quite brilliant actually.) There is an abundance of room for a very large dining table and side hutch for formal entertaining in style, which yes, will return soon. The kitchen is so beautifully redone, with the wall completely opened up to the living area and featuring newer white cabinetry (tons of them), stainless steel appliances, backsplash tiles, and butcher block counters hand made from recycled wood by a local artisan. As you continue through the home, the unique layout will continue to impress as you as you pass the in-unit washer and dryer hidden by a pocket door. Next you will come across a hall bathroom that jack & jills into the second bedroom, creating an ensuite room with a sliding barn door. This bedroom is quite large, easily allowing for king-sized bed & furniture if desired. At the back of the home, the primary bedroom is even larger and easily accommodates a tremendous amount of furniture. (The current sellers have a king size bed, two dressers, book shelves, and a home office set up which might normally go up in the sunroom, if it wasn't for the need to hang a hammock there!)
