There is a bus stop (K2 bus) at Blair Rd and Nicholson down the block where you can catch a bus to the Fort Totten METRO rail subway station and around town if desired. The sounds of everyday living can be heard at times in the apartment, as the owners live upstairs. However, they are very responsive to managing the noise level, and you can expect the home to be fully quiet after 8pm daily. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if traces of smoking are found in the house. This policy includes no smoking of E-Cigarettes inside the house, though you are free to smoke outside as long as there is no debris left and no fire hazard to the house and neighbors. [SI]
