Hey y'all, my name is Sergey, and I have a roomate moving out of the town house I am currently staying at. It is located in the Monkey Junction area. We are in search of a new roommate to fill the room. I am not the owner of the property, however I am responsible for finding another roomate. It's a 3 bedroom 3 bath town house. The bedroom available is downstairs. We are looking for a no drama roommate, I live with my girlfriend in the upstairs bedroom, and my other roommate Devine. The rent is $2100 a month, however we do split it between us making the room $700 a month plus utilities which is about $100-150. So around $825 all together. There is a required background check, credit check and a $500 up front deposit which you will get back at the end of the lease as long as nothing Is damaged.
