Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The apartment is not baby-proofed, so it may not be ideal for families with small children, but children are welcome at your discretion. Guests are screened using a third-party partner for verification purposes. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50 feet of the property, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations and possible eviction. Noise detection monitors are present. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves.
