No smoking inside the house with a fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. If it’s a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal.
