Parking is available for up to 3 cars, and a golf cart is available for rent at a discounted rate. The villa is pet-friendly with prior approval, allowing up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee. The gated community offers resort-style amenities including a pool, gym, and pickleball courts.

Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated on occasion. Only guests stated in the reservation are permitted, and the guest count must be updated if additional guests are added. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles, and trailers, RVs, and box trucks are not permitted. Pets must be house-trained, and guests are expected to clean up after them to avoid additional fees. The spa pool should not be used overnight or for extended periods to prevent equipment damage. Glass slider doors to the patio must be closed to avoid AC issues. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Parties and events are not permitted, and any violation of house rules may result in additional fees or loss of security deposit.
The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) and a home office set-up, making it ideal for remote work. A desk is available for your convenience, although a laptop computer is not included.
