It's less than a 10-minute drive from this property to either of Brian Head resort's two main lodges, Giant Steps Lodge or Navajo Lodge.
During the ski season, Brian Head Town typically operates a free shuttle that stops in many convenient locations around town including both of the nearby ski lodges, the convenience stores and the local restaurants and hotels. The shuttle has a stop located in the Timberbrook Village complex; so during the hours when the shuttle is operating, the people in your group will be able to get around town easily without needing to have a car.
This condo is an ideal jumping off point for road trips to other noteworthy destinations in Utah and beyond. According to Google Maps, it's approximately 60 miles from this condo to Bryce Canyon National Park, and about 74 miles to Zion National Park.
