These appliances are included with the sale. The kitchen has a stainless steel double sink and stainless steel faucet.

Amenities in this complex include shared underground parking, clubhouse with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, laundry facilities, game tables, volleyball court and picnic areas. As you're comparing properties in Brian Head, please keep in mind that some of the other condos in the area do not have underground parking. If you plan to spend time in town during the snowy winter months, be aware that having an underground parking space can save you considerable time; if you don't have one, you'll probably have to spend some of your precious vacation time clearing snow and ice off of your car.

This condo complex has some full-time residents, some part-time occupants and some units that are typically used as vacation rentals. In the recent past, this unit has not been used as a vacation rental; but condos in this complex generally have a track record of successful use as both vacation rentals and long-term rentals.

This property is typically accessible all year around, because the Town of Brian Head is responsible for clearing the roads in the area.

This is an ideal spot to make some fun family memories. Brian Head Resort typically offers skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter and mountain biking, zip-lining and a climbing wall in the summer. In wintertime, the powder in Brian Head is comparable to what you'll find at Park City and similar Utah resorts, which also makes for enjoyable sledding and snowmobiling.

It's less than a 10-minute drive from this property to either of Brian Head resort's two main lodges, Giant Steps Lodge or Navajo Lodge.

During the ski season, Brian Head Town typically operates a free shuttle that stops in many convenient locations around town including both of the nearby ski lodges, the convenience stores and the local restaurants and hotels. The shuttle has a stop located in the Timberbrook Village complex; so during the hours when the shuttle is operating, the people in your group will be able to get around town easily without needing to have a car.
