See Suppl The year used for the date of construction is based on a certificate of completion but we are unsure if this is the original building date. When the Seller put the property in a trust in 2000, the County erroneously changed the date of construction to 2000. which is clearly incorrect. I pulled a property profile on the property and it stated that the houses were built in 1900 which is also clearly incorrect. As you know the MLS requires a date in that field so I was forced into entering a date. The house has elements that could have been constructed in the 30's, 40's, or the early 50's. The Buyers will have to investigate the property and come to their own conclusion about the age of the property. All the other facts are deemed reliable but have not been verified. Buyer to verify all information prior to the close of escrow.
