Check-in time is 4PM CST and check-out time is 10AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated on occasion. Parking is available for up to two vehicles and a six-passenger golf cart. Street parking or blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin, to be paid by the guest in violation. Guests must be over 25 years of age unless prior approval is obtained, in which case a $100 cash deposit and student rules agreement are required. Parties and events are not permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm in accordance with local ordinance. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
The home includes a desk in the dining area for those who need to work from home. A laptop computer is not included.
