It also contains many custom made steel and iron elements and furnishings.

It also contains many beautiful oak and maple trees, as well as wildlife trails for walking or hiking. One trail on the property goes from the house to the top of the ridge and leads to a stunning canyon top view of Butte Creek canyon.
Most of the windows have been replaced with modern double paned windows, including new sliding doors off the kitchen and bedroom. The roof was repaired and top resealed by Baird Fooring in Nov. 2015.
