This house is charming. It has a small swimming pool in the courtyard and the decor is all Santa Fe style. The kitchen is large with an eating area at one end. The dining room has been enlarged with a small sitting area added. The Sq. Footage does not reflect the third bedroom and bathroom that was added. There are so many special things about his house and one of the best is the location. It sits up high over-looking the 13th fairway and green of the gorgeous 18 hole executive golf course with a great view of snow capped Mt. San Gorgonio, the highest peak in Southern California. This is a very low price for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in South Palm Desert.
