This will positively increase the tenants buying power and enjoy low interests on credit cards.

4. If you SMOKE/VAPE regardless if it's inside or outside the property, we require a $200 one time smoking fee upon move in. (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Smart Home Features allows you to access your locks and thermostat remotely using your computer or mobile device, you can review access activity remotely, manage humidity and mold in the home, create access codes for visitors or other family members, monitor and control the house temperature which can help you save 12-15% on your monthly energy bill and many other features and smart devices that can be connected to your home optionally.
