IMPORTANT NOTES:
Interested applicants will cover background check. One month deposit. Serious inquiries only please! First month and deposit must be paid one week before move-in date. Owner will share simple lease agreement.
Small pets allowed with prior consent by owner to comply with HOA rules - No smoking - Quiet hours between 9pm and 8am - Open and shared parking space in street level - Property accessible through a path of stairs - T-Mobile cellular network may not work in the apartment/area. Renters can connect to the Wi-Fi network instead. - Central heat and AC to be controlled at reasonable levels. - Basement unit is rented. While the home is well-insulated, light noise disturbance could be experienced.
