It’s a huge yard and there are fruit trees and plenty of room for a larger patio,pool,spa or whatever you want. Not only is the main yard waiting but there are stairs leading to an upper level that is flat. Remove the old shed and you could put something else there. Looks like there is a gate for access to that area from the cul de sac. Buyer needs to check zoning but could be R-A which may allow ADU. Discrepancy because some records show this as a lot size of 20,473 and others show 27,878. Buyer to verify lot size.
