Cozy home very well laid out for maximum use. Updated home: All electrical has been updated as well as new roof put on in 2014. We added a french drain and sump pump in 2015 to make drainage around the house efficient.Open floor plan with kitchen bar- cook dinner while entertaining guest' or keeping an eye on the small ones. Fireplace has an efficient wood burning insert. Our heating bill was between $30-$60 all winter long when we lived there. Floating wood floor in all dry areas. Water resistant laminate in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry/mud room. Garage is 280 square feet automatic garage door opener. A lockable storage room off to the side. The house has a large front lawn, and a lovely front porch from which to enjoy it from. In 2016 we planted several sour cherry trees, and some berry bushes on the front lawn. There is a small room on the main floor that may be used as a formal dining room. We used it as an exercise room. Lots of counter top linear feet and cabinet space in the kitchen. Move in Ready!
