479 Henry Streets history begins in c. 1844, when Jacob Frost commissioned the development of a series of homes and enlisted then-local carpenter and builder, Richard Whipple to construct them. Over one and a half centuries later, 479 is one of the few to have the original, Greek-fret ironwork intact.
