Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building; the HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior, and if fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Smoking and fireworks are not allowed. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and be present for the entire reservation. Due to this property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit; a white noise machine has been provided in the unit for your comfort, and if the city sounds continue to disrupt your stay, earplugs can be provided upon request. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
