If the city sounds continue to disrupt your stay, earplugs are available upon request. Smoking, fireworks, and pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. The pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM and is located on the 33rd Floor. Only registered guests are permitted, and no glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool area.
