It's a bittersweet moment for me as I seek a new caretaker after more than 60 years of being lovingly tended to by my current family. Can you believe it all began in October 1961? Oh, the memories we've made together!
From the delightful sound of children's laughter echoing through my halls to the joyful moments spent in my 3-season room and the barefoot summers in my extra lot, I've been privileged to witness the growth and joy of a loving family. Those small feet have grown, licenses have been obtained, graduations celebrated, weddings, grandchildren, and new adventures embarked upon.
With 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more upstairs, there's always been ample space for everyone, including the cars once those licenses were acquired. You see I have a 1 car attached garage, and a large 2 car detached garage, a haven for the teenagers and their adventures!
As my current family gracefully ages and transitions into new chapters of their lives, it's time for me to find a new caretaker to call my own.
Beneath my carpet lies beautiful hardwood floors, just waiting to be revealed and cherished anew. And let's not forget the recent
upgrades bestowed upon me? A new roof in 2023, glass block windows in 2022, and fresh siding back in 2001. Plus, my AC and hot water heater are only 3-4 years old!
With your personal touches, I believe we could make the perfect match. I'm excited to embark on this new journey with someone who will treasure and care for me as my current family has done for decades.
