The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and balconies will be closed with views blocked due to façade repairs, with noise expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
