Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur a $1,000 fine. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and violations will incur a $500 fine. Tampering with noise monitors or cameras is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow our quiet hours. No additional guests are allowed at the home who were not on the reservation. Guests are liable for any damage to the property.
