Room demension estimates were recorded elsewhere and have not been verified by the listing agent. The house deed history shows a sale from previous owners in 1964 which implies, with the house design and quality structural integrity, that original construction was well prior to then. The actual construction date has not been verified but a house nearby lists 1943 and another 1925 so I am estimating early-20th-Century but have not found a verified actual date per State and City records.
