Pets are fine, but there is currently a dog (Shiba Inu - Male) and cat (Tortoiseshell - Female).
However, the cat currently onsite has feline herpes so perhaps a deter for anyone who has a cat that is interested.
Proof of current vaccination is required.

Subject to meet-and-greet if plans are wanting to allow your pet to roam shared areas.
If so, initial monitoring in shared area for few months required to ensure proper integration.

Smoking Policy:
Vaping is allowed. Cigars and Cigarettes outside.

Tenant charges:
$850 with utilities included.
$25 Pet Rent (If applicable)

Lease Lengths:
6 Month. Converts to monthly lease after.

Majority of current tenants work remotely, so ideally we are looking for a friendly tenant that's a good fit.
