You may hear the usual sounds of city life, including traffic, nearby restaurants, and nightlife, especially on weekends. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited, and the violation fee is $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed, and undisclosed guests will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb others, and undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests are responsible for trash, and fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility. A cleaning is required every 30 days and will be auto-charged to your original payment method. We conduct a brief inspection once a month, and you’ll receive at least 24 hours' notice.
